Fly to OSH on the 6am Copa Airline 6am flight, this flight is not included.
However, the group transfers from the airport to the Hotel OSH will be provided for anyone that takes this flight.
If anyone chooses a different flight, they will be responsible for their hotel transfers.

Flight codes:
Everyone will fly from MIA to CTG on 5/26/27. This flight is not included. If you choose to fly into CTG any other way, you will have to arrange your own transfers to the hotel.
The return flight will leave from MDE on 5/31/27, there will be a shuttle provided. If you choose a different return flight, you will have to arrange your own transfers to the airport.
$100 deposit per person by June 20th *
The remaining payments will be broken down evenly over the following dates:

* All deposits and payments are nonrefundable.
There is a $25 for any room or name change after booking. Flights between CTG and MDE cannot be transferred.
* There is a 10% late fee for missed payments.
* Trip Insurance is Always Recommended
* By booking, guest acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the trip for personal use. If you prefer not to have your photo taken, send an email to jelyndia@atthehelmtravel1.com 60 days before trip.
